“WINTER TOURNAMENT” IN Т-34 TANK HISTORY MUSEUM
“Winter Tournament”, a military history reenactment displaying the gear, munitions and martial art of the bogatyrs (Russian knights) of various historical eras, will be dedicated by T-34 Tank History Museum to the Defender of the Motherland Day. Military history clubs and reenactment associations from Moscow and other Russian regions, acting under the auspices of “Kitezhgrad” Center of Live History, will not only arrange for a colorful performance to take place, but will also hold master classes. The tournament will be held on the Museum’s grounds on Saturday, 23 February. Interactive playgrounds of military history clubs will start operating at 11:00. Dress parade of the tournament participants and jousting contests will start at 12:00. No preliminary registration to visit the tournament is required. Please note that the personal gear of the visitors, especially children, should be in line with the weather conditions. Entrance to the tournament field will be free of charge. Visitors intending to see the Museum’s exposition will have to obtain the entry tickets.
